(1925 – 2022)
RIVERVIEW, NB – Doris Fitzpatrick 97, of Parkland
Riverview passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital on
Tuesday, December 20th, 2022. Born in
St-Ignace, she was the daughter of the late Prospère
Thébeau and Emilie (Daigle)
Thébeau.
Doris lived most of her life in Montréal and
Ottawa, where she worked for 32 years at Bell Canada. She was a member
of the Telephone Pioneers of America and a life member of the Royal
Canadian Legion.
She enjoyed travelling with her many dear friends and some of
her pastimes included playing cards and reading.
After retiring, she moved to Richibucto, NB and later moved
to the Parkland Retirement Home in Riverview.
Doris is survived by her brother, Yvon Thébeau
(Claudette) of Irishtown, NB and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law,
several nieces and nephews, and her special godchild,
Amy.
Other than her parents, she was predeceased by her husband
George; her two brothers, Arthur and Livain; as well as her
stepmother, Isabelle Vautour.
As per the family’s wishes, there will be no
funeral service or visitations. Interment will be taking place in the
spring in St-Ignace, NB.

Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto (523-4252).
