Ruffolo, Domenico Passed away peacefully, with family by his side at Etobicoke General (William Osler) Hospital, on August 28, 2022 at the age of 90. He will be reunited with his loving wife Elia. Devoted father to Ross (Charlene), the Late Tony (Sandra), Julia Di Lecce (Paolo) and Lucy Paglialunga (Paul). Proud Nonno to Katrina (Alessio), Elisa (Matthew), Domenic, Joseph, Vanessa, Mark, Matthew, Sarah and Victoria. Adoring great nonno to Alessia and Olivia. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
A special thank you to the amazing nurses, doctors, and support staff at William Osler Hospital for your compassionate care and comfort you provided to Domenico and his family. If so desired, donations in memory of Domenico may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society for prostate cancer.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Transfiguration of our Lord Roman Catholic Church. (45 Ludstone Dr., south of Dixon Rd.) Entombment to follow at Glenoaks Cemetery. (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON) For the safety of all visitors, our team continues to monitor and sanitize all public areas of our facilities. In a recent change of government regulations, contact tracing and RSVP is not required to visit your loved one, or attend their funeral service.
