Obituary For Curtis Grant Long
July 8, 1980 – August 18, 2022
Curtis passed away at the age of 42 on August 18, 2022. He will be missed by all that had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
Curtis was a kind, loving and forgiving young man that never held a grudge and always accepted people as they were. He had a keen sense of humour and all he wanted in life was to be accepted, included, and loved for who he was. He collected and kept everything he was ever given or bought. Treasures! His daily regime was going for a bus ride, coffee and going to the mall, and visiting many stores. His days were full, and his life was happy.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather, Bob and Wanda Sneddon, his father and stepmother Milo and Denise Long, his brother Deven Long and nephew Isaiah Long, as well as the Jeffares family, aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends and family friends and staff all who were a part of his family.
Curtis was predeceased by his brother Calvin, grandparents Doris and Everett Mitchell, and grandparents John and Olive Long.
A Celebration of Life for Curtis will be held on Tuesday, August 30th at 2pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home, 11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie.
