Janet Connor formerly of Ingersoll passed away suddenly at her Ilderton home on September 9, 2022 at the age of 91.Beloved wife of the late Ken Connor (1989). Cherished mother of the late Richard Connor (1992), the late Larry Connor (2004), Linda McRae and her husband Ron, and Mark Connor. Proud grandma of Jennifer (Dan), Steven (Darcy), Kevin (Olivia), Emily, Elisha (Mark), and Dylan, and great-grandma of Mackenzie. Dear sister of Ken Moore, and Marlene Minogue. Missed by many nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by parents Bessie (MacDonald) and Hugh Moore, infant sons Jeffery and Paul, daughter-in-law Denise Connor, brother Jim Moore (Jean), sister-in-law Jenny Moore, and brother-in-law Erik Minogue.
Janet was very caring, and nurturing to everyone she met, especially her sons in their final years. Janet
was a secretary for Laurier Secondary School, London for many years. She enjoyed her time as part of the
Outreach Singers, from Chalmers Presbyterian Church in London. Janet was a talented seamstress who
enjoyed crafting and sharing her creations with loved ones. She was loved by many and will be missed by
all who knew her. Thank you to the Vintage Green Community, Ilderton for becoming her family. A
special thank you to her PSW’s Mai, Kesha, and Claudette for their compassionate, loving care.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Wednesday, September
14 th from 11:30 – 12:30 PM, where the funeral service will be held at 1 PM. Interment Forest Lawn
Cemetery, London. For those unable to attend the service, the family invites you to join with them from
