Bowes, Carol Ann (nee Durfy)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Carol’s peaceful passing on May 20, 2022 at the age of 82 with family by her side. Carol was predeceased by her loving husband Robert « Bob » William Bowes (2008). Dear mother of Robert, Debbie and Shelley. She will be greatly missed by her sister Linda and brother-in-law Bob Finnerty. Carol will be fondly remembered by her nieces Tammy (Randy), Sherry, her nephew Jerome and their children. Carol is survived by many grandchildren , great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She had a special bond with her granddaughter Robbie (Eddie), great-grandson Bryce and great-nephew Michael. Special thanks to Lori Welch and Marlene Bezaire and their families for all of the special times and loving care you’ve given to Carol over the years. Carol’s passions were to crochet, knit and tell stories. She was most happy baking cakes and desserts for her family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Hospice of Windsor for their kindness and gentle care of Carol. Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234.
