Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carol Ann Marie Sedgwick of Lindsay, Ontario. Carol Ann passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Thursday October 20th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of Ronald Leonard Sedgwick for 40 years. Loving mother of Joshua Sedgwick and Mark Sedgwick. Carol Ann loved and was loved by her grandchildren Maddox Sedgwick and Bennett Sedgwick. Daughter of the late Robert (Bob) Lloyd Reed and Marie Ester Reed (Bullen). Dear sister of the late William (Bill) Albert Reed. She will be missed by her two surviving sisters Donnalee Queen and Shelly Lucas and brother-in-law Stephen Lucas.
Carol Ann will be greatly missed and remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Carol Ann will be remembered by many for her compassionate heart, willingness to treat everyone with respect and her infectious laugh. Carl Ann was always willing to lend a hand to help a friend or family member and was already ready for a party.
A special thank you to the staff of the 3rd floor medical unit for making Carol Ann’s last few months as comfortable as possible. You are all truly amazing people and provided wonderful care.
Family and friends are invited to come and celebrate Carol Ann’s life on Saturday November 19th 2022 from 1-3PM at Lakeland Funeral and Cremation Centre on 19 Moose Rd, Lindsay Ontario. . The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation.
