Carman Brears, of RR#2 Walkerton, went to be with the Lord and passed away peacefully at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood on Tuesday, November 08, 2022. He was 57.
Born on March 20, 1965 in Guelph, Ontario to the late Earl and Elizabeth «Beth» (nee Ritchie) Brears. Carman was employed with MaxEquine Feed in Durham for many years and thoroughly enjoyed working there and the friendships with his co-workers. He was a gentle soul, that loved his animals, especially his Hereford Cattle. Carman always loved children as they kept him young. He will be missed dearly by his cat Toby.
Survived by brothers Sean Brears of RR#2 Walkerton and Paul (Janice) Brears of Hanover. Remembered by his close friends Betty (Bill) Shaw and their son Tim Shaw (Roxi) and daughter Wendy Boyes (Peter). Remembered by his special neighbour Margaret and Cole Seigner. Predeceased by his parents.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10am until time of a Memorial Service at 11:00 am. Bill Shaw officiating. Cremation has taken place with private inurnment in Fordwich Cemetery.
