Carl’s Obituary
Carl Arthur Patton resided in Spirit River (AB). He was born north of Dunvegan; in Fairview (AB), he was born to Ellen (nee Ostrum) and Thomas Patton.
Carl started working as a farm-hand for many farmers around Montangeuse Valley. This-in turn-lead him onto the path of equipment operator. Throughout the years, he worked for numerous companies across Alberta & B.C., handling ‘Cats’, ‘hoes and graders. Carl spent is last working years with Saddle Hills County grading roads, until a back injury took him out of the workforce, in 2010.
He was a very avid outdoorsman: he loved river boating, fishing, hunting and taking in a clear blue sky.
Carl is predeceased by Tom (father); Ellen (mom); Elmer (brother); Joe (brother); Loretta (sister); Patsy (sister). He is survived by Rick (Angie) Kehler (son): grandchildren Jordan (Abby), Gracie, Keaton (Toni), Anna, Clay; Tobey (Jason): grandchildren Tru, Kia, Hrame; Jamie (daughter): grandchildren Mikayla, Mathew, Melody; Chris (April): granddaughter Nicole; Mike (son); Rick Patton (brother); Patricia Patton (niece); Cher Patton (ex-wife).
A Graveside Service and Committal will take place at Montangeuse Valley Cemetery #2, on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
