Passed Peacefully while in the arms of her daughter in Prescott, on Friday December 30, 2022. Beatrice Smith (nee Burnie) of Cardinal at the age of 101. Dearly beloved wife of the late Ronald W. Smith. Loving mother of Linda Cheff of Kemptville. Dear sister of, Ruth Hall, Alice Connors (Reg). Predeceased by her sisters Lila Fawcett, Helen Groskopf, and by her brothers Donald, Stanley, and Bill Burnie and Hubert Futter . Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 12 noon until the time of the service at the Funeral Home at 1:30pm. Donations to St. Paul’s Anglican Church or St. Paul’s Cemetery would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Interment St. Paul’s Cemetery, Cardinal, ON.
