Obituary
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden death of Al Walker in Shallow Lake, Ontario.
He was the beloved son of George and Pat Walker of Owen Sound; cherished brother of Robert Walker (Susan Spence) of Balmy Beach and Ann Snow (Breton) of Donkin, Nova Scotia.
Special uncle of Ryan, Michael, Marissa, Brody, Sydnie, Jesse and Tanner. Step-grandfather of Rob Weatherall.
Predeceased by his wife, Sharol Walker (Weatherall) and his grandparents Byron and Ivie Walker and Ray and Winnifred Peters.
Al’s life was family, friends, fishing, his motorcycle, hiking and exploring God’s great and wonderful outdoors.
Cremation has taken place, with private interment on a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th Street West, Owen Sound (519) 376-7492.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
