Ada Vera Lillian Judson (Snider) October 14, 1929 – September 1, 2022.
Born on the family farm just west of Woodbridge, county of Vaughn Ontario.
Predeceased by Father John Nelson Snider and Mother Ethel Elizabeth Snider (Jeffery), ex-husband Douglas Judson, sisters Francis Elizabeth Betsy (Betty) Taylor, and Edith Alice Findlay and brothers, John William (Jack), Charles Edward (Charlie), Murray Nelson, James Alexander (Jim) and Peter Allan.
Ada is survived by loving twin sister Anna Mary Bodie, many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and nephews along with countless long-time friends.
Ada grew up on the farm driving horses and then tractors. Her love of country/farm life ran deep as did her love for animals, gardening and sharing with those less fortunate.
She was a strong Christian receiving formal bible school training at Briercrest Bible College and from there served with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Bolivia for several years. She served faithfully with the Billy Graham family and numerous mission and local community activities all her life. Her witness was strong and her faith never waivered. Ada was a powerful witness and an independent spirit. She cared for people and had a great love of family and friends. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
Family and friends will be received at Gilmour Memorial Baptist Church, 2083 Chemong Road on Tuesday September 6, 2022 from 10-11 am. Funeral Service to follow at 11 am. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Woodbridge. Online condolences may be left at CommunityAlternative.ca
