Obituary
With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Sandy Hetzel on Monday, March 7, 2022 at her home at the age of 43 years.
Left to cherish Sandy’s memory are her husband Michael Hetzel of Rathwell; children Danny Schoenenkorb (Raina Kehler) of Steinbach, David Schoenenkorb of St. Claude, Rihanna Schoenenkorb of Steinbach and Kiandra Hetzel of Rathwell; grandchildren Dean, Liam and Willow; step-daughter Gina D’Angelo of Haywood; parents Bernd and Birgit Frank of Germany; sibling Sascha Frank of Switzerland, Angela Frank of Germany, Michell Frank of Germany and Marcel (Elaine) Frank of Winnipeg.
Sandy was born in Düsseldorf, Germany and moved to Canada in 2007. She was married on August 8th, 2020 to Michael. Sandy was the first person to offer help when someone was in need of it. She loved horses, birds, dogs and cats.
Sandy’s family will celebrate her life privately.
