It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Louise Delisle of the Centre d’accueil Roger Séguin, Clarence Creek, formerly of Curran, Ontario, on Sunday, December 25, 2022, at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Michel Delisle. Daughter of the late Rosario Chenier and the late Electa Gareau. Loving mother of Eric (Norma Jean Cousins) and Jonathan (Lindsay Hercus-Cahill). Dear grandmother of Alexandre and Justin Delisle, Emma and Sam Watts, Elizabeth and Sarah Delisle. Also survived by one sister and two brothers, Reina (late Oliva Séguin), Gaston (Gisèle Duguay) and Rhéal. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Evelyn (late Marcel Maisonneuve), François, Gérard (Shelly), Rachelle, Normand (Vina), Danielle (Sylvain) and Lauraine Delisle (Réjean). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother, Yvon (late Ada Deschamps) and one brother-in-law, Richard Delisle (late Céline).
A Private Family Liturgy of the Word will be held in the Lamarre & Son Funeral Home’s Chapel, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ontario (613) 679-2802. Spring Interment at St. Luc Cemetery, Curran, Ontario.
