At the Queen Elizabeth
Hospital, the passing of Thelma Bell (nee Acorn), age 76, of Belle
River, beloved wife of the late Wayne Bell, occurred on Thursday,
December 22, 2022. Born December 5, 1946, son of the late Artimus and
Mabel (Mosher) Acorn.
Thelma leaves behind her
loving children, Thom (Mairi) Matheson, and Billy (Amanda) Bell;
cherished grandchildren, Abigayle Bell, Neely Bell and Quinn
Hennessey; brothers and sisters, Louis (Rose) Acorn, Alfie (Velma)
Acorn, Jennie MacLean, Millie MacLean, Laura Compton and Ella (Rollie)
Langley. Besides Her parents and husband Wayne, Thelma was predeceased
by her first husband Wendell Matheson; brothers and sisters, Buddy
Acorn, Edward Acorn, Hannah Acorn, Josie MacLennan, Marjorie
Sencabaugh and Marie MacLean.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with
visiting on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral
Service with live-streaming to be held in the Funeral Home
Chapel on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 2:00 pm. Donations to the
Canadian Lung Association or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Neurological Center would be greatly
appriciated.
