The family of Christine
Anne Carty, announce her unexpected passing at her
home, on September 27, 2022.
Christine was born on January 16, 1954
and lived in Oxford most of her life. She was a daughter of the late
Donald and Mae Carty.
Christine is survived by her sister
Margaret Kavanagh, her nephew Darrin DeWitt (Shauna), her niece Andrea
DeWitt, her niece Colleen Allaby (Geoff), along with many great
nephews and great nieces.
She was an avid animal lover with a
special fondness for cats.
Donations may be made in
Christine’s name to the local L.A. Animal
Shelter.
Arrangements are under the care and
supervision of W. Allen Funeral Home,
Oxford, NS. There will be no funeral service at this time,
but a private memorial next summer with family.
