It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Violet Cook, late of Black Lake, SK on October 9th, 2022, at the age of 61 years. Margaret was born on February 14th, 1961, in Uranium City, SK to Joe and Mary Rose Cook. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her daughter-in-law Dorrie Eddibar; her grandchildren Tavya Robillard, Dustin (Boots) Eddibar, Jayden Eddibar, & Dianna Eddibar; her siblings Jimmy (Rose) Cook, Rose (Ray) MacDonald, Albert (Yvonne), Sharon, & Victor (Therese) Echodh; her sister-in-law Emily Cook; her nieces & nephews Cheryl (Terry), Crystal (Travis), Bradley (Tricia), Jenny, Brent (Cristen), Robert (Tina), Raymond (Brandy), Gared, Victoria, Joleen, Jody, Abby, Megan, Janice, Merenda, Joey, & Jared, Steven (Jackie), Dennis (Rhonda), & Kevin (Iris); her great nieces & nephews Cherelle, Christian, Tristian, Trenton, Branthany, Branna, Chyler, Trixie, Trent, Brently, Jacey, Adam, Matthew, Liam, Robbie, Raylene, & Ruby; her aunt Nelda Cook, Helena Belfry, & Rosalie Mercredi; her godson Robbie Alphonse; & her friends Ann Toutsaint-Gordon & Yvonne Sayazie, Antionette Toutsaint, Christina Toutsaint, Cecelia Antsanen, & Rose Pacquette. Margaret was predeceased by her son Jordan Cook; her parents Joe and Mary Rose Cook; her sister Marie Donard; her brother Marvin Cook; her nieces & nephews Lacy Cook, Jimmy Sandypoint, Jeanette Cook, & Robin Alphonse MacDonald; her grandparents Gabriel (Madeline) Cook, & Moise (Victoria) Echodh; & her uncles & aunts Patrice (Meline) Cook, John (Madeline) Cook, Alfred (Marie) Germaine Cook, Leon Cook, Antoinete (Jimmy) Donard, Lazar Echodh, Noel Echodh, Augustine & Ann Sandypoint, & Norbert (Laura) Cook. A Visitation Service will be held on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022, at 10 AM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK. A Wake Service will take place October 12th- 14th, 2022 at the residence of Margaret Cook in Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2022, at 2 PM at Our Lady of the Cape in Black Lake, SK. The Officiant will be Father Paul Oshin. The Honourary Pallbearers are Ann Toutsaint-Gordon, Mary Rose Bouvier, Emily Cook, Yvonne Cook, Elsie Sandypoint, Martha McKenzie, Rose Cook, Mary Jane Cook, Eileen Bruno, Sharon Cook, Rose MacDonald, and all those who shared in Margaret’s life. The Pallbearers are Raymond Jr MacDonald, Jimmy Cook, Kelvin Echodh, Albert J. Cook, Robert MacDonald, Brent Cook, Steven Echodh, Travis Boneleye, Albert Cook, Richard Cook, Ray MacDonald, Dave Cook, Gared MacDonald, Moise Sandypoint, Jared Cook, Bradley Cook, & Dennis Echodh.
