Obituary
GUTHRO, Shirley Ann – 86, of Sable River passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 20 at Roseway Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Robert Graham and Ivy (Robinson) Bolt.
Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend. In her earlier years she enjoyed going to church, gardening, music, crafts and volunteering and helping out others in the community.
She is survived by her son; James (Deborah Williams), daughters; Joyce (Roy), Kathy (Warren), Nancy (Jake) and Susan (Nelson), Sisters; Joyce (Ray) Laviolette, Barb Docherty, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Robert James Guthro, son, Jeffrey Ronald Guthro.
Special thanks to Dr. Riley and the staff of Surf Lodge for taking excellent care of her during her stay at Surf Lodge. A special thanks as well to her very caring friend, June Tingley.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. A Celebration of Life to take place at a later date. Donations in her name may be made to the Parkinson’s Society or a charity of choice. On-line condolences may be left for the family at www.huskilson.net
