Marsha Virginia Dee Hotomani
June 10, 1986 – September 16, 2022
With our heavy hearts we announce the passing of Marsha Virginia Dee Hotomani on September 16, 2022, from Ochapowace First Nation. Marsha fought a courageous battle against cancer for several years.
She was predeceased by her partner Peter Larry Kinistino, her father Ian Hotomani, and her Granny Ula Margaret Hotomani. Marsha leaves to mourn her children Kaiden, Mia, Malaya, Michele, Ian, Ianna, Rosalie; Sisters Priscilla (Tony), Sheena, Kristen (Chan), Carley (Wyatt), Miranda, Petula, Eva, and Ava; Brothers Lance Jr., Kelton (Jo), and Kingston; Mother Bonnie Bear; stepfather Lance McKay Sr; mother in law Joyce Kinistino; Special cousins Angie (Randy), Jasmine (Darwin); Nieces and nephews: Zystinya, Julius, Alyra, baby Tomislav, Maverick, Joel, Attikis, Jordan, Julian, Tianna, Ahryus; Numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
Special thank you to the Allan Blair Cancer Team at the Pasqua Hospital, and all the nurses on 3B. Thank you to the Ochapowace Nation Head women and Head men.
Wake will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the Ochapowace Chief Denton George Memorial Multiplex at 4:00 pm. Funeral Service will be the following morning, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, in the same location at 11:00 (The family respectfully prefers no children in attendance).
