The death occurred peacefully at home with family by his side, on Thursday, September 8, 2022, of Leonard Daniel Lutz of Peakes Road, PEI, aged 67. Loving husband of 35 years to Debbie (nee Crane). Leonard was the proud father of Kelly (Trevor), Derek (Suzie) and Amy (Joey), and cherished Grampie to Sofia, Quinn, Carter, Brooke, Lola, Gage and Shayla. Leonard is also survived by his siblings, Kenny, Linda (Eddie), Vincent (Gina), Kevin (Barb), Tony (Beryl), Heather, Wilma (Rodney) and sister-in-law Carol and brother-in-law David, as well as his Crane brothers-and sisters-in-law, Walena (Clifford) MacLaren, Stilman (Rita) Crane, Judy Crane, Clinton Crane, Donna (Gerard) Campbell, Marilyn (Bruce) Martell, Robyn Crane and Marie Campbell, and numerous nieces and nephews. Leonard was predeceased by his parents, Benny and Anne Lutz and Don and Ann Hennigar; grandparents, Daniel and Marion (Goodwin) Lutz; brothers, Glen and Todd; father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Maude (Campbell) Crane and uncles Bob and Billy Goodwin. Leonard will also be missed by his friends and his co-workers at Wyman’s, Morell. Resting at St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Teresa for visitation on Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
