On July 24, 2022, Felicisima Sosa of Edmonton passed away at the age of 93 years. Felicisima is survived by her sister, Isabel Villa (Rosendo): children; Rosemarie Zarzuela (Emmanuel), Marie Fe Reyes (Tomas), Leonardo Sosa Jr. (Mary Ann), Gino Sosa (Rosita), Mary Ann Arellano (Armeniano), Meriam Abesamis (Reynald), and Amadeo Sosa (Rebecca); grandchildren: Emmanuel Zarzuela (Christine), Rose Anne Zarzuela, Paulo Sosa (Fiona), Christina Zarzuela (Chris), Jennifer Mac, (Andy), Ryan Arellano (Sandra), Crystal Sosa, Nikki Arellano, Michelle Sosa, Raymond Sosa, Meriam Rey Abesamis, Katrina Sosa, Gabriel Arellano, Francis Abesamis, Mark Sosa, and Chelsey Sosa; and great-grandchildren: AJ, Martin, Mattea, Juiliette, Somer, Eve, Oliver, Shiloh, Marley, Kingsley, and Greyson. Felicisima is predeceased by her husband, Leonardo Sosa Sr.; parents, Pablo and Tomasa Mariposque; siblings, Enriquita Sartillo (Celestino) and Sofia de Castro (Romeo); and grandchildren: Tonie Marie Reyes, Kristine Abesamis, and Nicholas Sosa. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – «William J. Markey Chapel», 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, August 4th from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, 20 Idlewood Avenue, Hamilton on Friday, August 5th at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Ancaster.
