Moncton, NB – Claude Duplessis, 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton, on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
Born in East Angus, QC, he was the son of the late Marcel and Thérèse Duplessis (Mailhot).
Claude will be greatly missed by his children: David (Katelyn) of Cap-Pelé, Alexandra Duplessis (Andy Gallant) of Grand-Barachois, Ian (Nathalie) of Irishtown and their mother: Caroline Bataller; his grandchildren: Kevin, Thomas, Jacob, Melody, Marissa, Navaeh and Olivia; his brother and sisters: Réal of East Angus, Claudette (Mark Buck) of Stoke of QC, Raymonde Monty (Serge) of East Angus of QC and Denise Duplessis (late Yvon Bernier) Stoke, QC; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Per Claude’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Interment will take place in the Columbarium at Shediac Bridge at a later date.
A donation in Claude’s memory can be made to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology).
