McCormack, Daniel Mervin «Dan» 1937 – 2022
Passed away peacefully at the Welland Hospital on Monday, June 27, 2022 at the age of 85. Forever loved and missed by his beloved wife Leila. Dear father of Heather (Roy), Colleen (Rolly), Patty Anne (Chris) and dad to Lorraine. Grandfather to 7 and predeceased by his 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Many thanks to Dr. Makar and the staff at Welland Hospital for their care and compassion.
In keeping with Dan’s wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Welland Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
