Surrounded by family, Yvonne Harnden passed away peacefully at home in Cobourg on October 19, 2021.
Yvonne will be forever missed by loving husband of over 50 years, Francis Harnden and their children Todd (Cristina) Harnden, Chandos (Dave) Hickey and Travis (Caralea) Harnden. Grandchildren Luke, Nicholas, Tegan, Joshua, Alexander, Jacob and Owen will especially miss their Gramma / Neh-Neh. Special thanks to sister Maureen (Don) Morford who was by «Bonner’s» side. Also will be missed by her many friends and immediate and extended family whose lives she has touched.
Yvonne was a Registered Nurse, educated at the Cornwall Regional School of Nursing. She retired from the Northumberland Hills Hospital after a career that spanned more than 35 years, Yvonne’s passions in life included her grandchildren, gardening, following sports, cottaging on Chandos Lake and wintering in Texas. All who knew her, loved her.
Thank you for the comfort that was brought to Francis and Yvonne in her final days at home by Dr. Francesco Mule’ and Danielle Scott and teams.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 13 from 1-4pm at The Mill Restaurant, 990 Ontario Street Cobourg, ON K9A 3C7
