Obituary of William « Bill » Duffus
DUFFUS, William (Bill) passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday June 3, 2021 in his 72nd year. Loving husband of Cathy, dear father of Brian and Jenn all of Port Dover. Sadly missed by his sister Donna Jongsma (Henk) and brother John, brothers-in-law Rick Cook (Joanne) and Rob Cook (Cathy). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Michael (Joe) and Rita and brother Michael (Mick). Bill retired as manager of the Port Dover Scotia Bank. He was very active in the community as a member and former Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, member of the Port Dover Cemetery Board, former member of the Port Dover Lions and Port Dover Board of Trade, past Citizen of the Year and involved in many other volunteer positions. Due to Covid restrictions all services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME Port Dover 519-583-1530.
