WALLER, W. Bruce
February 3, 1931 — February 8, 2021
Bruce was 90 years young when he journeyed to his heavenly home on February 8, 2021. Left behind but never forgotten by his wife and best friend of 66 years, Irene, his beloved children Chris (Leslie), Su (Rick) and Scott (Lise), and adoring grandchildren Jenni, Kris, Jamie, Max, Essery and James. He also leaves the legacy of his precious great-grandchildren (Tristan, Noah, Brooklyn, Catherine, Ben, Elizabeth, and Emma) who brought an immense amount of love and laughter into his heart.
Bruce is to be remembered for his remarkable commitment to family, his entrepreneurial life-long accomplishments, his passion for people of all walks of life, his generosity, and his insatiable desire to share a smile to all he encountered. His patriotic pride of his country was undeniable – from a profound fondness of Canadian football; to a deep appreciation of Canada from Vancouver Island to St. Johns, Nfld, and all places in between. In the Waller household, July 1st was always a major celebration.
Bruce leaves this earth having touched so many souls and being ever so grateful for all that he had. While he will be sorely missed and always cherished, his memory will live on through the many lessons taught through his unwavering commitment to kindness. We love you “Forever Cool”!
