It is with great sadness we share the news of our mother’s passing on July 21, 2021, with family by her side. She was born in Windsor to the late Ernest and Rose Boutette on August 30, 1926. Married to the late Bruce (D 2000) and survived by her eight children, Ronald, Kathleen (Thomas Fuchs), Michael (Nancy), Patricia (Mike Warden), Diana (Daryl Lee), Janet, Marjie (Carey Maver) and Nancy (Dino Truant). Mother-in-law to Lynn Johns. She is the much loved grandmother to Shawna (Dave), Scott, Dana (1977), Danny, Christopher (Shauna), Tommy, Elisabeth Pfeiffer (Ryan), Brittney, Sarah Cote (Dan), Bethany, Karlee (Chris), Amanda (Corey), Kallie (Mike) and Cole. Great-Grandmother to Jack, Gabriella, Brennan, Sammy, Hayden, Katelyn and Owen. Aunt to Donald Boutette, Rita Parent, Roger, Roland and Russell Boutette, Rosemarie Caille, and Rachelle Trepanier (2011) and many others who have previously passed. Sister to the late Beatrice Sevigny, Gabriel, Marguerite Reynolds, William, Lawrence, Rose Pinke and Herman.
With grateful thanks to the Staff at Seasons’ Retirement Home, Amherstburg and to our Angels from Amy’s Helping Hands, Devan, Leesha and Sharon. Your care and compassion will never be forgotten. Thank you to the staff at The Villages of St. Clair, Schlegel for the comfort you provided in her final months.
