Trina Marie Cormier

Age 39, La Residence Cap Rouge, Cheticamp, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Sacred Heart Community Health Centre, Cheticamp. Trina was the daughter of Bernard Francois Cormier and Marie Dorine (Poirier) Camus.
Trina lived at La Residence Cap Rouge for the past 7 years. She has touched the hearts of everyone who has cared for her. Trina loved music and karaoke as well as her friends and family. Trina was a true believer in God, and truly a gentle human being. She had an infectious smile and brightened up everyone’s day.
Trina was predeceased by her sister, Angela Marie Cormier; maternal grandparents, Auguste and Dora May Poirier, and paternal grandparents, Joseph Fabien and Annie Mai Cormier.
There will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 10:30 am in St. Peter’s Church, Cheticamp, with Father Pierre Antoine St. Cyr officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. COVID 19 Restrictions will apply.
Memorial donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada or C.A.R.E.S. (Cheticamp Association Residential Educational Society).
