Sanlon,Thomas John (Tom) of Richmond Hill passed away August 29, 2021 in his 88th year.
He is survived by his wife Mona of seventy years, his daughter Dianna and her husband Chris Hopson, grandson Jeremy and his wife Jen, granddaughter Courtney and his 3 great grandsons, Mason, Gabriel and Rory, and daughter-in-law Sue McErlain, predeceased by their son Tom.
Tom spent the better part of his life with CN Rail, and in his downtime enjoyed coaching hockey and baseball in Richmond Hill and was also a founding member of the Richmond Hill Squash Club. Mona and Tom enjoyed their days traveling the world together.
Tom would give you the shirt off his back. He walked through life with modesty and humility. He never complained, never faltered. We love you Papa. You will be in our hearts and memories forever. Thank you for teaching us strength and kindness and love and for always being positive and smiling.
