Therese’s Obituary
MAILLET, Therese – Age 89 of Meteghan River, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 12, 2021. Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late Isaïe and Eliza (Gaudet) Comeau.
Therese was loved by all her family and friends, young and old. She loved working in her flower gardens. Through her great great-granddaughter, Amaya, she found strength to go on.
Therese is survived by her children, Victor Comeau, Ruth Comeau, Donnie Maillet, Debbie Doucet, Linda Maillet and Natacha Maillet; siblings, Fred Comeau and Rose Marie Vantassel; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-granddaughter, Amaya, who all had a special place in her heart.
She was predeceased by her husband, Willard; granddaughter, Angie; brothers, Denis and Arcade; sisters, Regine and Alma.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. As per Therese’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
