Terrence « Terry »‘s Obituary
PERRY, Terrence Milton (Terry) = 83 of Jordan Falls passed away on September 27, 2021 while on a dream come true hunting trip in the wilderness of Newfoundland. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Terry was a son of the late Avery & Hazel (Bower) Perry.
He worked and sailed on the Great Lakes in his earlier years, he then came home and worked for Ven-Rez Products, and after that went into the fishing industry, but had to retire from that job due to health reasons. Later he started his own business in wood products.
Terry loved hunting, fishing, fur harvesting, decoy carving, bowling, coaching hockey and broomball. He was also involved in the amateur boxing club. Terry also had a love for the Montreal Canadians, Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Raptors.
Survived by his loving wife Shirley (Ryer) of 56 years; children; Gaylord of Sambro; Lisa (Manus) of Churchover; Trevor of Halifax, Gregory (Sherry) of Halifax, grandchildren; Jessica, Shayla, Gregory Jr.; Trevor Jr.; Chanse; Shelby; Tryson and Chace, great-grandchildren; Kyson and Keshawn, Brothers; Gordon, Raymond and sister, Muriel (Sis) Young.
Besides his parents, Terry was predeceased by brothers; Roger, Avery Jr.; William; Joseph (Rusty) and Wayne, sister; Toni Young, niece Carol Young and nephew Robie.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium Ltd, Shelburne. As per Terry’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
