Obituary of Sterling Edgerton Moore
Sterling passed away peacefully at the Perth Hospital on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the age of 84. He was the loving father of Michael Moore (Andrea), step-father of Noella Dunse (Ron), and father-in-law of John Proulx. He was predeceased by his step-daughters; Susan Proulx, Joanne Vona and Diane Vona. Sterling was the dear grandfather of Amelia and Isaac Moore, Sterling Vona, Jason Dunse and Amanda Denis. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his best friend Danny Terrier. The family wish to thank Dr. Lui, the nurses and staff of the Kingston Health Sciences Centre – Oncology Department and the Palliative care team at the Perth Hospital, for all their compassion, care and support during this difficult time.
In memory of Sterling, contributions to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
