WALKER, Shirley J. (nee. Panter)
Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on August 27, 2021 at the age of 87. Loving wife of William “Bill” for 67 years. Beloved mother of Brenda (Dave) Bedford, Doug (Elaine), Kathy (Gary) Wollny and Mike (Susan). Cherished nana of April (Kyle) Turner, Jonathan (Katie) Bedford, Nicole, Danielle (Andrew) Klausen, Richard, Krista (Stephen), Melissa (Tyler), Charlotte, Sarah, Andrew and 9 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marilyn (d. Bill) Todd, Mary (Ken) Dixon and the late Hubert (Wilma) Panter. Predeceased by her parents Hubert and Irene Panter. Dear sister in law to the late Jean Shearer. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Friday September 3, 2021 at Ashburnham Funeral Home from 10-10:30 & 10:45 to 11:15am. Reservations are required and may be made at AshburnhamFuneral.ca or by calling 705-740-0444. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 11:30am. Interment Little Lake Cemetery.
