HICKSON, Shirley Evva (née Terry) – Entered into rest peacefully with family by her side at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Shirley at the age of 90, was the beloved wife of the late Doug Hickson (2001). Loving Mom of Joe Hickson (Shelley) and Bill Hickson. Cherished Grandma of Graham (Kathy Ann), Daniel; Anna-Marie (Tyler), Blake (Melissa), Ashley (Greg) and Hannah. G.G. of Zadie, Dayton, Aaliyah, Gavin, Olivia and Charlee-Marie. Dear sister of Gordon Terry (Lorraine), sister-in-law of Ruth Whitnell. Predeceased by her sister-in-law’s Helen Shea and Jean McCabe. She will missed many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Stoddart Funeral Home on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00p.m. and on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Celebrations from 10:00 until time of funeral service at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery. If desired, a memorial donation can be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
