GRAYE, Sherry Irene (nee Pankhurst) – it is with sorrow our family announces the passing of Sherry at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, September 4th, 2021 in her 56th year. She is lovingly remembered by her mother Sylvia Pankhurst (late Archie – 1988) of Leamington and by her grandmother Lena Franks (late John) of Woodstock. Cherished mother of Shane Pankhurst (Rebecca Bate) of Brantford, children Kaziam, Adisa, Shane Jr., and Adelaidia; and Faleon Graye of Woodstock, children William, Damian & Dustin. Sherry will be sadly missed by her siblings Tammy Burt (late Brian) of Port Dover, Christine Pankhurst (Doug Clark) of Vienna and Fred Pankhurst (Marilyn) of Port Dover. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & extended family. Special thanks to the Dr.’s and nurses in ICU at the Norfolk General & Hamilton General Hospitals for your kindness and compassion during Sherry’s short stay. A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date. Those wishing to donate in memory of Sherry are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
