Lampman, Sharon Elaine (nee Vernon)
It is with immense sadness that the family of Sharon, age 71, announce her passing at the Welland Hospital on Sunday, September 5, 2021 with family by her side. Beloved wife of Howard for 48 years. Dearly loved mom of Chris (Cindy Mielke), Tracey and Larry (Betsy Gadal). Proud grandma to, and very much adored by, Amber, Andrew and Wayne. Survived by siblings David Vernon and Anne Vernon (Gary) of Welland and John Vernon (Laurrie) of Orangeville and by in-laws Audrey Lampman and Donald Lampman (Zora) of Fonthill. Predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Margaret Vernon, in-laws Norman and Beatrice Lampman (Davies) and brother-in-law Leroy Lampman.
Sharon worked as a registered nurse and was an active lifetime member of Central United Church. We would like to express our gratitude to our family, friends and neighbors for their care, concern and support over the last several weeks, with special thanks to friends Nancy and Heather and Rev. Martha Lockwood.
A memorial service to honour Sharon’s life will be announced in the near future.
