It’s with profound sadness we announce the passing of our much-loved Ron peacefully at home in Cardinal with his loving family and friends by his side at the age of 67. Ron is predeceased by his parents Walter and Betty (Taylor) Froom, and his brother Ian. Ron leaves to mourn his partner June Dolson, his stepmother Joyce Froom, son Jeremy Froom, grandchildren Taylor and Laney Froom, chosen grandson Chad Jackson, chosen daughters Robin Jackson (Rob), Shannon Dolson MacDonald. He will be fondly remembered by his friends Lee Hanes and Kate Dyne, Bob and Evelyn Baker, Jeff and Margaret Tomayer, Dwayne Gibson, Lesley Cowell and many more too numerous to mention. Special thanks to the PSW’S Erin, Donna, Crystal, Melissa and Lisa AKA Ron’s dance partner and beautiful Katie and everyone at the St. Lawrence Lodge. What a lovely caring, compassionate group of people from screening to maintenance, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A special thanks to Dr. G. Ash.
Funeral Arrangements
At. Ron’s request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at a later date. For those wishing donations to the Food for All Food Bank Cardinal or Prescott or CHEO would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
