Roland Lauzon
The family announces with profound sadness his sudden passing on Monday, September 6, 2021 at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband of Linda Lauzon (née Duguay). Cherished father of Michel Lauzon (Kim Doyon), Annik (Patrick) Dubé and Julie Duguay (John Bell) both Linda’s daughters. Proud grandfather of Nicholas, Karissa, Zayden, Ashton, Elliot and John Patrick. Dear brother of Raymond (Rosemarie) Lauzon, Rachelle Lauzon, Rejean Lauzon, Richard Lauzon, Guy Lauzon and Marc Lauzon. Roland will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and family. He is predeceased by his parents Roger and Reina Lauzon and his siblings Marie and Norman.
Roland was passionate about his work and a proud member of the Carpenters’ Union. He loved spending time at the cottage with his family and was always ready to help anyone in need. He enjoyed going to Gilles Lake and loved his Timmies coffee.
As per his wishes, cremation was held and there will be no visitation or service. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Association For Suicide Prevention or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated. The Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
