Robert Milton Joseph Monteith
1943-2021
Robert Milton Joseph Monteith, partner of Crystal Brown of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, August 30th, 2021 at the age of 78.
Born in Saint John, NB on May 6th, 1943, he was the son of the late Robert and Anna Geraldine (McCarthy) Monteith. He was a College Instructor at NBCC for 35 years. He enjoyed politics, fishing and hunting, and adored his beloved hunting dogs: Mr. Jones, Clifford and Fritzi.
He is survived by his partner, Crystal; daughters: Lisa McKenzie (Joey) of Sudbury, ON, and Ann Bennett (Kyle) of Quispamsis, NB; sister, Janice Logue (Mike) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren: Matthew, Joshua, Julia, Victoria and Megan; nephew, Todd; and cousins: Mary Joe Landers, and Elizabeth Walsh.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his nephew, Mark and niece, Krista.
By request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
