It is with great sorrow that we share the passing, on October 16th 2021 of Robert Pratt at the age of 59. Bob has been struggling with a number of health issues but his passing was unexpected. Born and raised in Welland, he was a long time resident of Burlington Ontario. His friends would describe him as one of a kind a true mix of conviction, strong opinions, kindness and a wicked sense of humour. He loved his sports and his family, depending on the day the order may flip. He is survived by his wife of 23 years Ann De Krey of Burlington, his children Tylee Pratt, Dunedin NZ, Jacob Pratt, Orillia and Benjamin Pratt, Hamilton; His mother Patricia Albu, Welland, father-in-law Peter De Krey, Adelaide Australia, sister Lynn Tanguay( Sean) Smithville, nephews Tyler Tanguay, Lahome Sweden and Spencer Tanguay Port Colborne as well as numerous extended family members in Canada and Australia. He is predeceased by his father Raymond Pratt of Welland, step father Arthur Albu of Welland and mother-in-law, Maria De Krey of Adelaide Australia.
There will be no service as per Bob’s wishes and Ann will scatter his ashes in a way to honour his life. In celebration of Bob’s life you are invited to remember the funny stories you created together an opportunity will be created in the future for those that would like to share those.
