Bob was born in Bow Island, Alberta on October 5, 1930. He moved to BC at the age of 15 years. Bob worked in a sawmill for many years but his main interest was maintenance, so he spent the last 20 years of his career working at Rogers Foods in the Armstrong Flour Mill doing maintenance. After battling congestive heart failure and a number of other sicknesses for 18 ½ years Bob went to rest peacefully at home with his much-loved family at his bedside on March 23, 2021. Trusting in God, we lived a fairly normal life regardless of his sickness. Bob was predeceased by his father and mother Ralph and Florence Hull, his 7 siblings and his first precious child Heather Lynn Hull Gifford. He will always be lovingly remembered by Donelda; his wife of 67 years. Bob dearly loved his family and will missed by his much-loved daughter Laurisse (John) Maniscalco, two sons, the pride of life Royce (Verna) and Douglas Sr. (Bonny), nine precious grandchildren; Trissa (Easton) Gifford Kelley, Douglas Jr. (Jackie) Hull, Zachary (Melissa) Hull, Alexandra (Chayce) Hull, Rylan and Shaun Hull, Dixon John, Jillian Maniscalco, Savanna (Nick) Maniscalco Ford, five great-grandchildren; Summer and Dawson Hull, Adelyn, Trenton, and Dustin Hull. He will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends. Many thanks to Marian and Harold Carlson, Harold (Tanyss) Burgemaster, Lucinda Carlson and Rylan Hull for their help, love and advice. Special thanks to Bob’s longtime friend Steve Crombie for his story-filled and encouraging visits. With much appreciation, thanks to a very special doctor, Dr. Donald Smith and his receptionist Jody for bringing us through so many problems, and so many times. Thank you to Terry Schmauder for his willing help and advice. Last, but not least we give thanks to our God who was with us at all times and brought Bob back from death’s door so many times. No services by request.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Robert Bob Erling Hull March 23rd 2021..
