Rita C. LeBlanc
1943 – 2021
Rita Corona LeBlanc, wife of Leo LeBlanc of Miramichi, passed at her residence on July 8, 2021, at the age of 77.
Born in Chelmsford, NB, on August 20, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Trevors) Doyle.
Rita was an RNA for 42 years, working in New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario and Germany. She was a loving, kind, and compassionate woman with a strong FAITH. Rita was also a member of the Santa Maria, Cursillo and Father Dan’s Book Club.
She enjoyed talking with friends, crossword puzzles, wii golf, bingo and her furry friend Maggie.
Rita is survived by her husband, Leo LeBlanc; son, Paul LeBlanc (Lucille) of Miramichi; two sisters: Betty Ann Laurin (Guy), and Patsy Curtis (Garie) all of Miramichi; and one brother, Wally Doyle (Moreen) of Miramichi. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers: Billy and Jimmy; and infant sister, Teresa.
A PUBLIC visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home, 140 King St., Miramichi, on Monday, July 12, 2021 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. A PUBLIC Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Michael’s Basilica on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 11 AM with Father Dass as Celebrant. Interment will be held in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
