Renato passed away peacefully on August 3, 2021 at the age of 82. He will be forever loved by his wife, Saveria. Cherished by his dear children, Pierina (Rory), Agata « Tina » (Massimo) and Jessica, Giuseppe « Joe ». Never forgotten by his grandchild, Luigi. Renato is now reunited in Heaven with his loving parents, brothers and sisters. He will never be forgotten by his nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. Renato will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8003 Weston Rd. 905-850-9500) on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-9pm and Sunday August 8, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The funeral Mass will take place at St. Bernard de Clairvaux (1789 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery (7300 Hwy #27, Woodbridge, Ontario).
As the restrictions and guidelines continue to lift, all family and friends are welcome to come to the Funeral Home during the visitation periods. There will be no RSVP needed to enter the Funeral Home. When coming into the Funeral Home, please sign the “Guest Book” and write your phone number down beside your name for contact tracing purposes, before entering our visitation suites. Our staff will be constantly sanitizing and monitoring the Funeral Home if any assistance is needed.
We kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact. This also includes the church and the cemetery.
Please note that it is mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering.
We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the Funeral Home on the morning of the funeral, as we ask everyone else to please meet us at the church.
As we continue to pray for an end to this horrible virus, the family would like to thank you for your support during their time of sorrow.
