Obituary of Randy Sturgeon
After a courageous battle with cancer at University Hospital on Wednesday, December 29th, 2021, Randy Sturgeon of London and Chippewa of the Thames First Nations in his 65th year.
Loving father of Jeremey Wilson. Dear brother of Edward Sturgeon (Leslee), Glenn “Sam” Sturgeon (Pam Ireland), Beverly Zalwalsky, and Rhonda Sansom (Rod). Survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many, many cousins. Predeceased by his granddaughter Susan Marie tracy Doxtator (2001), His parents Glenn Merle Sturgeon (2002) Edna Mae Sturgeon (Riley) (2012), his sisters Glenna Elaine Shipman, Debra Mae Sturgeon, his nephew Kyle Marque Sturgeon (2013), and his partner Susan Marie Wilson.
Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 from 10 am -12 noon. Due to COVID restrictions, attendance is limited. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Pre-registration is required for EVERYONE and is available through our website. Masks and social distancing from the family and those around them is also required. A private family Celebration of Randy’s life will follow. Interment Middlemiss Cemetery Monday at 1pm for the public to attend. www.elliottmadill.com
