On June 15, 2021, Isabelle Poland passed away at the age of 85.
She is lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
Much appreciated is the loving care given to Isabelle by the staff of Sherwood Care and Dr. Dusang.
No service will be held as per Isabelle’s request.
