James Allain
1995 ~ 2021
Moncton, NB ~ James Allain, 25, of Notre-Dame-de-Kent, passed away peacefully surrounded in love by his family at his residence on Thursday, May 13th, 2021.
Born in Moncton NB, he was the son of Todd Allain of Notre-Dame-de-Kent and Charline Léger.
James will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Isabelle Landry of Moncton; his sister, Jennifer Allain of Moncton; his father, Todd (Kathy) and his mother, Charline (Dianne); his grandmother, Jeannette Léger (late Gilles); his grandfather, Guy Allain (late Judy) (Claudette LeBlanc); two aunts, Debbie Allain (Wayne) and Karalee Allain (Rick); two uncles, Marc Léger (Rémi) and Charles Léger (Sophie); three cousins, Wesley, Simon and Gabriel, one niece/goddaughter, Sara; step siblings, Denis, Monica, MacKenzie, Brandon and Ryan as well as many very special friends and family.
For the people who knew James, know that we lost one of the strongest and the most selfless individuals in the world. He was the true definition of a warrior.
Through this horrible disease, he showed pure courage, strength, positivity, and humour. He had an energy that everyone gravitated to. He had a gift to be able to speak to anyone, even people that he didn’t know and instantly made you feel like you had been friends for years.
James loved cooking for everyone, even over the last 2 years while he was not able to eat anything he made. His special recipes were his famous spaghetti sauce that he bottled and shared with everyone, his homemade bread that his grandmother taught him to make and his delicious seafood chowder. We absolutely loved eating anything that he made, it was delicious!
He also had a passion for golf, he loved golfing with his Dad and friends.
James loved to surround himself with his friends, to watch sports or to just hang out.
James will be missed beyond words, especially by his wife, his family and friends. He was a shining light in all of our hearts. If you were lucky enough to meet James you would never forget him. You had a friend for life. He was full of energy and had pure passion for life!! He was caring, thoughtful and always made you feel special. He was smart, loved sports, hard working, very funny and last but not least VERY talkative!
In the last few years he worried more about everyone else than himself. He would always make sure that everyone around him was doing OK. If you weren’t he sensed it and you got this big hug and he would have a way of letting you know that everything was going to be OK.
James would want us to remember the conversations and great times that we all shared with him. James didn’t just walk through life like so many of us do, he lived each and every moment of it! He would want everyone to do like he did and live life to the fullest! He will live on through all the wonderful memories that he was able to create with each and every one of us.
If love could have saved James he would have lived forever.
Forever in our hearts, we love you and you will live on through each and every one of us.
