Obituary for
Peter Steforak
It is with great sadness we announce that Peter Steforak passed away on December 3, 2021 at the age of 85 years.
Survived by his close friend Orest Boyko; and his children, Daniel, Joshua and Matthew.
Predeceased by his father, Nick; and sister, Betty.
A special thank you to the staff at Elk Point Heritage Lodge for their care and compassion for Peter over the years.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB. Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (QR code with valid ID for those 18 years and older), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made in Peter’s honour to Diabetes Canada, 220 6223 2nd Street SE, Calgary, AB T2H 1J5.
