Penny’s Obituary
Penny Lynn Cardinal-Kotash, resident of High Level (AB) passed away peacefully on October 28, 2021, at the age of 51 years.
Penny was born in Fort Vermilion (AB) on July 28, 1970 to Peter & Albina Cardinal. She is survived by her husband Cory and her daughters Paula and Christie; her parents; seven siblings and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She loved her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all.
