Patricia “Pat” Ann Esseltine (1941- 2021) – aged 79 passed peacefully at home on February 7, 2021. She was born March 19, 1941 in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Survived by the love of her life, Ken Coleman of Tillsonburg. Mother of sons, Ed Esseltine (Krystal) of Tillsonburg, Scott Esseltine of Cambridge, step-son Terry Coleman (Betsy) of Ingersoll, predeceased by her daughter Susan Esseltine of Tillsonburg. Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to many. Also survived by her step-sister Patricia Cooper (Gary) of South Lyon, Michigan. Predeceased by her father Ivan Berdan and step-mother Louise Berdan of Titusville, Florida, infant brother Paul Berdan, mother Thelma “Jean” Marshall and her husband Allen “Spud” Marshall of Tillsonburg, sister Joan Gibbons of Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, step-brother Dr. James Anderson of Cocoa, Florida. In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Tillsonburg Cemetery Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or VON Sakura House may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the Esseltine family.
