Patricia Frances Glen of Enderby, BC passed away April 21, 2021 at the age of 81 in her sleep after a difficult and brave battle with Leukemia. She was born in Saskatoon, SK and attended schools in Hedley (Nickel Plate Mine), Winnipeg, and Princeton. She received her Cosmetology Certificate in Moose Jaw, SK and worked as a Hairdresser in Saskatchewan and BC. She married Keith Glen in 1973 and spent many years living and traveling in various provinces in Canada, Kenya and Tanzania before retiring to Enderby in 1994. Patricia was a great lover of people, an amazing, supportive organizer, skilled communicator, a fantastic hostess and loved to cook and have social events. She was a network queen and her friendships spanned the globe from her lifetime of travels. Patricia was a lover of new adventures, she was always ready for a little drive or month-long trips or career postings to new and distant places including Tent Camping or RV living, always keeping the family in mind.
She is survived by her loving husband Keith of 48 years; children: Theresa Wilson (Frank), Keith Jr. (Joyce), Heather Kenny (Loran), Dawn Walsh (Paul). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her Mother Pauline and beloved daughter Deananne. She will be dearly missed by her Eastern Star Sisters and Brothers with whom Patricia was a dedicated member for over 35 years.
A wonderful wife, mother, companion, and friend, she will be dearly missed!
Due to Covid 19, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date when gatherings are permitted. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Patricia to the Leukemia Foundation or the Blood Bank.
