Obituary
Oswald Wilhelm Frank
May 15, 1944 – October 2, 2021
Oswald was born to Marie (Hoffman) and Anton Frank at the hospital in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan. He lived most of his life on the family farm at Loon River, SK. He attended school at the Loon River country school, then the Loon Lake high school for grades 9-12. He worked at various jobs, then he worked 25 years for Novak Construction, until the company was sold. With Novak’s he operated heavy equipment for road and highway construction. Oswald enjoyed fishing, and often went with Max Kisling to various lakes. He enjoyed photography and took some great pictures. He read a lot of great books, and remembered what he read. Oswald was timid, but if you were able to visit with him, he could talk about many things. Later on, he spent time with older folks, drove them around, and also picked up mail and groceries for them.
Oswald was predeceased by: his parents; his sister, Margit; his brother-in-law, Henry; and his great nephews, Perry and Jonathon.
He will be fondly remembered by: his sister, Linda and her husband Ray Baird; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many friends.
